By accessing or using the website located at marcoislandconcreteandmasonry.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use this Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
Marco Island Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contractor services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and outdoor kitchen masonry. Services are provided in Marco Island, FL and surrounding communities in Southwest Florida.
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to contact us. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or scheduling. All services are subject to a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Any estimate or quote provided - whether verbally, by email, or through our online form - is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is determined after an in-person assessment of your property and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
We do not guarantee that any estimate provided prior to a site visit reflects the final project cost. Clients are encouraged to request a written, itemized proposal before authorizing any work.
Project start dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling updates as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be specified in your written project agreement. These Terms do not override or supersede the terms of any signed agreement between you and Marco Island Concrete & Masonry.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel work due to unsafe working conditions, including but not limited to severe weather, active storm warnings, or site conditions that pose a safety risk to our crew or your property.
Payment terms are set forth in the written project agreement for each job. Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment is due upon completion of work or in installments as described in the project agreement. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of project agreement.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection proceedings as permitted by applicable Florida law. A lien may be placed on your property in accordance with Florida's construction lien laws for unpaid work.
When a building permit or inspection is required by the City of Marco Island, Collier County, or any applicable regulatory body, we will apply for and manage that permit on your behalf as part of the project scope. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the project estimate. We comply with the Florida Building Code and all applicable local codes. Work is not performed in a manner that knowingly violates applicable regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marco Island Concrete & Masonry and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any services provided, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of income, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
